Nick Heslop is a member of the Law Society Mental Health Panel.

He has represented clients in many Tribunals.

All the fee earners are experienced in attending Tribunals and assisting clients in preparing their cases for the Tribunal.

For many clients being sectioned under The Mental Health Act is a stressful and worrying experience. We have built a reputation for attending promptly to our clients needs, visiting them in hospital and moving ahead with their cases to the Tribunal as quickly as possible. We can attend CPAs at the hospital and liaise with the RMO and treatment team to ensure that every consideration is looked at and try to arrange for a successful discharge into the Community.
