Care Work
We understand that there can be no experience more desperate than having children removed from their parents’ care. We are very experienced in this field of work. This includes advocacy at court as well as case preparation. Mr. Heslop is a member of The Law Society Panel and a recognized specialist in this field. He is assisted by the other solicitors in the Family Department all of whom are committed to providing a sympathetic and professional service to our clients.


Private Law Disputes
These are cases where the estranged parents cannot agree on Residence or Contact for the Children. Our aim is to try and resolve these disputes without the need for Court, but we do recognize that some cases have to be determined at Court. Where this happens, we are committed to presenting our clients’ cases in the best possible way.


Divorce
We are very aware that a Divorce is not commenced without a great deal of thought and heart ache. Once the decision is made then we understand that the case needs to be undertaken as efficiently as possible.

All the fee earners have considerable experience in Divorce work including applications for injunctions when required and also representing clients in ancilliary relief and financial and property matters which may arise.
