Residential
All our fee earners are proficient in Conveyancing and the demands of a busy contemporary practice. We have embraced the implementation of the HIPS regime and we have established working practices to ensure that our clients will continue to receive a quick and professional service under the new procedures.

All our fee earners are qualified to deal with preliminary enquiries from new or return clients. We provide quotes for Conveyancing work. These are competitively priced so as to ensure a professional service.

Shared Ownership
We are Shared Ownership specialists and are Panel Solicitors for many Housing Associations. We specialise in key worker, non-key worker, New Build, homebuy, staircasing, re-sales and more. We are proud of the practice and the reputation that we have built in this field over the past 20 years.

Commercial
We have a long record of assisting the business community in Commercial Conveyancing. This work involves the Transfer of Freeholds as well as Leasehold work including the assignment of leases and the granting and taking of new leases.
